DB was about actual martial arts which is why the fights weren't just about power. Was about strategy.

DBZ was just all about power scaling. Soon as someone reached a level, there was a villain that conveniently is stronger

I mean, if you compare it to something like Dragonball Evolution it wasn't bad. I mean yeah it's not as bad as people say, I did like the Baby stuff, that was a really good backstory, and Super Saiyan 4 was cool looking. But the stuff before that was eh to me, Super 17 was just idk to short really and not that great. The Shadow Dragons was kinda slow to me until the end of it.

Wasn't the super Saiyan form a hairy chested monstrosity that looked ug!y as fuck with even worse hair?
