As someone who occasionally enjoys Alcohol and other substances in on the weekend, if you indulge this Saturday night, space out your drinks with a glass of water to prevent overindulging and to remain hydrated. It helps lessen the impact of a hangover. Also, if you are out while indulging, always ensure a safe ride home whether it is a sober friend, a taxi/uber, or the local bus.
