Wouldn't be entirely suprised and, whilst they may have an argument due to money invested and blah, fuck them.... It's HIS character/name.

They shoulda just called him BJ Junk or some other crap when he debuted... They missed the boat... Fuck them.


(Maybe thinking back to the copyright complications of using the name Hulk would teach them a little more humility... Doubt it though.)
