WWE to Release Lesnar DVD

The WWE was attempting to borrow their former superstar from the UFC for Wrestlemania, but it didn’t materialize. Some contend that there was a lot of inside fighting between UFC President Dana White and WWE Head Honcho, Vince McMahon, leading to the “no deal” on Wrestlemania. With the high possibility of injury with the WWE, White was protecting his investment.
If the WWE cannot bring Lesnar to Wrestlemania and turn a buck, they have found another way to do so by releasing a DVD, covering his WWE career. Lesnar was a huge star inside of the ring, having memorable wars with Rob Van Damme and the Big Show, and made the transition over to the real world of combat in the UFC. He would win the world heavyweight title in both.

Along with the DVD about Lesnar, the WWE plans to release DVDs covering another superstar in Edge and the pay per view that WCW made famous: War Games.

It should be interesting to see how WWE advertises this DVD or if UFC advertises it.

I hope they have a War Games match on PPV to help promote the DVD. Now THAT would be cool. Why not do it at Hell in a Cell and have a war games inside the Cell?! The only sad thing is that with tame weapon shots and no blood, a circa 2011 WWE War Games would pale in comparison to the best WCW ones.

Seriously though, unless it's a 'war' at least AGAINST a strong faction (See 4 Horsemen, NWO...) then it'd just be WWEs top 4 faces vs their top 4 heels with no note-worthy back-story.... A bit meaningless like the majority of the traditional SSeries matches.
