There will always be another guy to root for... right now with the right adjustments Ryder could become that guy that always do what's right. Punk leave him as he is... he appeals to both, children and adults. Besides I know a lot of kids that like the Heels more than the Faces :

Hogan was falling out of favour with the audience by the time his heel turn happened, and the industry was completely different.

Cena sells millions in merch and without a rival company to pressure them, the only way WWE turn Cena is when someone like CM Punk or Randy Orton is able to take his place.

EDIT: Good lord the opening segment is AMAZING, Johnny Ace is becoming one of the best things about Raw, add in the great reaction for Punk and you have greatness.
