WWE House Show Results (3/17) Providence, Rhode Island

The WWE celebrated St. Patrick's Day with a live event last night at the Dunkin' Donuts Centre and here are the results.

1. US Title: Santino Marella d. Jack Swagger
Santino won with some interference from Hornswoggle who broke up a Swagger ankle lock by biting the All American American on the butt allowing for Marella to set up for The Cobra to pick up the win.

2. R-Truth d. Miz
Miz came out and cut a promo ripping the fans and Rhode Island. Truth came out next to his old "What's Up" entrance theme. The two brawled to start what was a well done match with a lot of Miz heel tactics. Truth then hit The Paydirt to pick up the victory.
Eve came out and cut a promo saying she will prove, starting tonight, that she is both the woman everyone thinks she is.

3. Beth Phoenix & Natalya d. Eve & Tamina
Double team squash on Tamina who went for the tag but Eve left before the tag was made leaving Tamina on her own. Beth then hit The Glam Slam to get the victory for her team.

4. Chris Jericho d. Kofi Kingston
Great match that was won by Jericho after he caught Kingston with an eye poke and followed up by hitting The Codebreaker.

5.World Heavyweight Title: Big Show d. Daniel Bryan via Dq
Show d. Bryan by DqShow which came following interference from Jack Swagger who attacked Show. Swagger then stayed on the attack but Show reversed it and caught Swagger with a chokeslam. Swagger and Bryan were slow to get up, Swagger got up while doctors checked on Bryan and Bryan escaped to ringside and ran up the ramp.

6. WWE Tag Team Title: Primo & Epico d. Zack Ryder & Mason Ryan
The champions picked up the victory in this match after hitting a double backstabber in the second best match of the night following the Jericho-Kingston match.

7. John Cena d. Kane - Last Man Standing Match
Cena scored the victory after delivering an Attitude Adjustment to Kane through a table.

WWE announced they'd return to Providence in the future then announced the main event of Dolph Ziggler vs CM Punk. Ziggler came out followed by Punk. Punk says Jericho arrived late then locked himself in his locker room until he cheated to defeat Kofi Kingston then left with security in tow. Punk then said if he doesn't win his match tonight he won't have the chance to face Chris Jericho at Wrestlemania and that he is going to find Jericho and kick his ass for what he said about Punk's father on Raw.

8. WWE Title: CM Punk d. Dolph Ziggler
Punk hit the GTS on Ziggler. Jericho interfered and nailed Punk with a Codebreaker but Punk laid him out with a kick to the head.

Hornswoggle could provide some funny moments with Santino, I enjoyed it when he interviewed him. Truth coming out what's up URGHHHHH. Hopefully Zack doesn't team with Mason, who shouldn't even be on the roster and Punk vs Ziggler hopefully they feud properly in the summer.
