It seems that a portion of the WWE2K16 Roster has been "Leaked" on Wikipedia. These are;
WWE 2K16
ECW Legends
WWE Legends

There are definitely some names on there which WILL be included in WWE 2K16 such as Stone Cold in the recently announced Stone Cold 2k Showcase mode. But is this list legit. I dunno, as of this moment there is no evidence to support this list but you never know.
