What do you prefer?

This one is probably more for rap fans.

Do you prefer it when a single artist covers everything in a song (verses and hook) or when people link up to make a song?

Personally I think it depends on the artist. If it's Drake then I prefer him doing everything as he is a very good singer as well as a good rapper (in my opinion, maybe not yours). However, if it's someone like Tyga then I prefer someone else on the hook because Tyga cannot sing. For example:

I don't have any real preference to be honest, it depends what works best for that particular song. I have more respect for those who can do both effectively, as well as actually mix and produce the songs themselves.

It all depends on the mood of the song. There are many factors to look into but I love hearing a nice duet, usually a guy rapper and a girl singing. This is actually recording of two of my friends so you should check it out if you're into it.
