There are plans to end the Aces and 8s storyline at Bound For Glory in a War Games Match. The story notes that TNA can't call it a War Games Match because WWE owns the name but TNA will try and replicate the match as closely as possible.

I guess it will be LL but with 2 rings. Makes sense considering it will be likely 8 vs 8.

Hmm, this is interesting. If they stay close to the original rules, then I'd be very happy with this. Also gives us a break from Hogan wrestling because he could be the last guy to go into the match for his team.

They created Lethal Lockdown as a hybrid version of War Games or at least that was their intention. I don't know if I actually see them doing this.

I read this two days ago, it's just a rumor. It would be clever if they left the Aces and 8s completely unknown and then, revealed them one by one during War Games.

I thought Lethal Lockdown was Wargames v2.0.

Would be hard to put in a second ring in the small venues TNA plays to.

It would be great if they made it an elimination style match. The original War Games was over too quick with one pin/submission.

Elimination Style would be better, be interesting to see the concept used in TNA especially if it's War Games.

Like the idea of Aces & Eights coming one by one.

Just so that you all know if this does come true I called it about a month ago in a Impact review thread just saying:Carlton:

It would be a good way to end the feud and is another example of the new and improved TNA's long term and logically thinking.

I actually like the War Games rules more than elimination as it makes it more exciting for when that final man enters the cage and makes the moment of the submission all the more important, using Elimination rules in this kind of match would just drag it out too much.

The only issue is the one mentioned that the already have LL in April.
