Backstory
Vincent Kennedy McMahon is up to his old tricks again! Once again, the owner of WWE finds himself in a sexual harrassment lawsuit. But only this time, he lost! And right before Wrestlemania too! Mr. McMahon can no longer afford to keep his beloved WWE running, and is now forced to sell it! A buyer immediately appears, taking the reins and renaming it UCW, better known as Ultimate Championship Wrestling!

Meanwhile, in TNA land, the news of the selling of WWE has spread like wildfire. Kurt Angle rejoices in the news of Mr. McMahon no longer running things and immediately ditches Jeff Jarrett and runs off to UCW. More soon follow, as they all know that staying in the gimmick-ridden, horribly booked TNA is getting them nowhere.

Seeing as Wrestlemania was forced to be cancelled, UCW decides to run a Special PPV anyway so people don't demand their money back, where all the titles were decided.

As KF4E said this is very unrealistic because if you buy the WWE you buy it's name which is the biggest draw in pro wrestling along with a show that even people who don't watch wrestling know and that is WrestleMania. But changing the name might be necessary and at least it is a half decent name.
