Outside of their first segment that Rock/Goldberg feud was quite flat.

Austin/Windham for the TV Title was really hot stuff, that was when that belt really meant something and proved that mid-titles could serve a purpose.

Didn't help that Goldberg didn't know how to drive his own muscle car and looked like an idiot after his debut. Also can't blame the booking on that, he just made himself look foolish.

These threads have helped me realize why Backlash got the axe. Some terrible buys for that PPV.

Goldberg/Rock seemed good on paper, but they didn't have the chemistry.
