I won't tell you who the flag belongs too - but if you feel you want to share the info, go for it.
You don't need to follow the voting criteria if you don't want to - but if you do want novelty criteria, "Which one makes you want to explore a fantasy realm?"

Always liked the colors on the estonian flag so I'll go with that. Not sure there's many if any flags with an identical color scheme
