Right so I think I have everything all figured out for the multiplayer game. We'll be using my modified 1985 file, which neuters WWF a tad and gives the smaller companies a boost, including written contracts to keep WWF from signing literally everyone under the sun. All of the possible "major" companies that will be available will be:

American Wrestling Association
Continental Wrestling Association
Jim Crockett Promotions
Mid-South Wrestling
World Class Championship Wrestling
World Wrestling Federation

Obviously starting off as WWF and JCP will give people a huge advantage over the others, but I have some house rules so that the bigger players don't completely kill off the other players.

1.) No sniping -- Bigger companies such as WWF and JCP are not allowed to steal talents from the smaller companies that are on hand-shake deals. They must wait for talent to be on the last thirty days of their contract or consult the other player in order to make a contract offer. You wouldn't like it if your top star was suddenly stolen by another player, right? Just don't actively be a dick.

2.) Everyone Can Trade Talent -- Everyone can, if they wish, enter a working relationship with other players that will allow them to trade talents for a short time. There are no restrictions on the talent traded, but no money is allowed to be exchanged between players, since finances are extremely important.

3.) Fair Contract Battles -- When workers are on the last thirty days of their contracts, the player who is in control of the contract must announce their intention to either keep the worker, or their intention to release them. A contract battle will begin between players who wish to secure this worker's services. If bigger companies such as JCP and WWF are attempting to secure their services, they cannot grossly overspend on the contract in order to guarantee victory. I will be keeping track of newly signed contracts and determining if one is against the rules.

Let me know if you're interested, and give me the company you'd most be interested in playing as, and what worker you'd want to play as (owner or booker).

1. Grim - American Wrestling Association / Greg Gagne (Owner)
2. Chris - To Be Determined
3. The Fiend - Jim Crockett Promotions / Dusty Rhodes (Booker)
4. Jeff - Mid South Wrestling / Jim Cornette (Booker)
5. EC - World Class Championship Wrestling
6.

I like the house rules, sign me up but I'll let everyone else pick a company first and then make mind bc I don't have a huge preference

Oh yeah, I probably should share this as well so people can have access to the proper files:

Copy and paste this into an empty database and you should be good to go.

EDIT: I used the proper file actually. The most recent one at least.

between booker owner, ive only played as owner

Oh, Owner you get full control, as Booker the Owner gives you objectives that you have to pass in order to keep your job, such as: "Company must not be in debt by the end of 3 years", "Company must rise in size by 3 years", "Cannot hire workers of a certain style" etc.
