Sammartino, Who can argue with that legendary run compared to Mysterio who in all fairness only received his first title due to the death of Eddie.

This one I had to comment on cause this one is funny. You have a legendary reign of Bruno against a guy that...

yeah Bruno wins.

Bruno is a legend and so is Rey in my book (or at least he will go down as one) however as Champion Sammentino was much better.

Rod Mysterio will have his place in history... but it won't be as a world champion but as one of the greatest cruiserweights to have ever wrestled.

Yes, but Rey has made the transition to headliner. People no longer think of him as just a great crusierweight, he is currently one of the best draws in wrestling. The reason this is not close is of the booking of Mysterio during his world title runs, it was really only the middle one which was anyway near what it should have been.

Mysterio just could not be bought as a real world heavyweight champion. Yeah he was a headliner, that's why he'll be known as the greatest cruiserweight. Cause how many cruiserweights made it that high on the card? How many cruiserweights can stake claim to fighting for the world title? You can probably count it on one hand. But despite how his world title reigns went... they wouldn't of been as good as they could have been cause of the years of battle that have been taken on his body. He couldn't compete anywhere near the level he once was and that is why no matter what his world title reigns just would not be there. Would not be good and would not be his reason to be remembered. But being the top cruiserweight will always be. It gives light and hope to others out there and shows that they could possibly make it to the top if he can... but whether you have an epic world title reign... that's debatable but just making it up there is what matters.

Easily Bruno. Mysterio has always had terrible title reigns.
