gonna go with Hart, I liked Larry but not as much as i did when Owen feuded against Bret and when h joined the Nation.
Owen Hart was an amazing heel, nothing against Zbyszko but Owen Hart just shined every time he entered the ring.

Damn, this is a close one for me. Having trouble choosing... I think I can take Zybszko more seriously as a heel than Owen in the end.

Larry did a really good job as a heel from the stuff I've seen of his but have to go with Owen due to preference and his feud with Bret is one of my favorites from the 90's.
