Opening
Samoa Joe was in the ring and he told everyone he was not impressed with the Shield. He then called out Roman Reigns. Ambrose and Rollins were watching the show and Ambrose told Rollins to go get Roman. Joe then continued to insult the Shield and said he didn't need anyone and Roman needed the Shield. Roman Reigns came out and was beating on Joe before the Bar came in and Joe put Roman in the rear naked choke. The Shield came out to help Roman and they made some headway but Joe and the Bar took them down.
Sasha Banks, Mickie James and Bayley vs Absolution
Absolution won by pin fall.
Matt Hardy/Bray Wyatt Promo
This was just another back and forth between the two mentioning things that make no sense as usual.
Backstage
Enzo was approached yet again by Nia Jax who asked him how he was doing and she left. He was then approached by Drew Gulak who told him Rich Swann was disqualified and there would now be a new fatal fourway to replace him in the number one contender match. Enzo mentioned a lot of men he could beat and included Nia Jax in it. Gulak was confused and assumed it was a lesson Enzo was teaching him to be ready for anyone, even Nia.
Finn Balor vs Curtis Axel
Axel came out with Bo Dallas and was wearing a neck brace. He took it off though. He and Bo attacked Balor before the match.
Finn Balor won by pin fall.
Sheamus vs Seth Rollins
Seth Rollins won by pin fall.
Fatal Fourway Second Chance: Cedric Alexander vs Tony Niese vs Mustafa Ali vs Ariya Daivari
Winner of this match will face Drew Gulak next week for the number one contender spot for the cruiserweight title.
Cedric Alexander won the match and will face Drew Gulak for the contender spot.
Intercontinental Championship Match: Champion Roman Reigns vs Cesaro
Roman Reigns won by pin fall.
Asuka vs Alicia Fox
Absolution came out instead of Fox. Fox was hurt and they showed it on the Titantron. Paige then told Asuka they respected her but not even she could stop Absolution. They told her to move out of the way or they would make her move out of the way. Asuka didn't move and they attacked Asuka, who took all three out initially. However, they were able to get the drop on her. But as the three were beating Asuka, the ENTIRE Raw women's roster came out and took revenge on Absolution. who fled after getting beat up.
Backstage
Kurt Angle reinforced the ring. Jason Jordan then came in to talk to him. He asked again for a match with Samoa Joe but Angle told him he couldn't until Kurt was ready to put him in the match. He told Jordan he always "held his own" with big stars but did not beat them. Jordan got angry, called him "Kurt" and left.
Dean Ambrose vs Samoa Joe
Jordan came out to the ramp and watched the match. He interfered in the match and caused the ref to be distracted while Ambrose had Joe pinned. Both man attacked Jordan and Joe won by submission.
Braun Strowman vs Kane
The match ended in a double countout but the two brawled after. The brawl ended when Braun bodyslammed Kane through a table.
