Simon Cowell broke his back falling off electric bike in California. He's said to be fine, and going into surgery tonight.

I saw that. I'm glad he's doing fine, I used to see Simon quite a bit when I was in to those talent shows. I still to this day don't really know why I enjoyed watching them.

It just made me think how easy it is to break our bodies. We are so fragile, I heard he was really close to being paralysed but maybe that was the papers talking it up. I do know he had surgery and was there for a while. Pretty crazy if that's true though about almost being paralysed, all because of an electric bike. It'd definitely shake me up if I was him.
