I know lots of sites that earn from Adsense but also have stuff like that, even more extreme.

Are you sure they're using Google Adsense.
Google is very strict when it comes to advertising.

Won't be adsense. Any nudity is classed and is pornographic, and it's strictly against their TOS. Other services like adbrite, bitads etc will work. But they're terrible.
