Looking to add an award for taking part in a single discussion thread. The award will be granted for posting consecutively in the thread, not just posting once for the award then going. For example last night we had seabs, Sage, GAF, Leojay, Xanth and Tzesi (sorry if I missed anyone) actively discussing RAW. Those will get an award (Xanth won't want it, spoilt brat).
But since I'm terrible with graphics and Xanth isn't here, feel free to pitch your own ideas. 16x16 image please, best places to find them are iconfinder and icongal.
