Raw last night saw strong ratings increases from last week across the board. The show averaged 1.86 million viewers, drew a 0.55 rating in the 18-49 demo, and drew a 0.33 rating in 18-34.
Raw was first by a wide margin in 18-49, with Tucker Carlson second at 0.41. Raw finished 15th place overall. It was second to Carlson in women 18-49, first in men 18-49, first in 18-34, second in women 12-34 to Love & Hip Hop, and first in men 12-34, basically doubling everything else on cable in that age group.
The show was up four percent in viewers, 12 percent in 18-49, and 18 percent in 18-34. As compared to last year at the Performance Center, it was up 13 percent in viewers and up 15 percent in 18-49.
The six percent first-to-third hour drop is a better than usual number. Women 18-49 were actually up 17 percent from hour one to three, but men 18-49 dropped eight percent. Teenage girls were up 35 percent from hour one to three and teenage boys were up 11 percent, so younger viewers stuck with the show strongly for all three hours.
A big part of the show was the appearance of Bill Goldberg, who has always been a ratings draw to younger viewers unless overexposed, which explains the growth in an audience that usually falls as the show goes on. WWE kept the Goldberg segment until the end of the show which would seem to explain the unique growth.

- 10 p.m. 1.80 million viewers
