I love Tarantino, but this and KB2 were my least-favorite of his movies. Uma Thurman is just awful. She doesn't deserve a lead role in any movie, I'm sorry.

Can't agree with that at all, Thurman's career has gone down the tubes recently due to bad choices, but in the late 80s and 90s she was constantly great in a string of impressive films, Gattica, Dangerous Liaisons, Mad Dog and Glory, Jennifer Eight, The Truth About Cats and Dogs amongst others. I

Think she was underused in Kill Bill. Someone please merge those post into one, my edit isn't working.

Have you've seen the others? TACAD is a tender and funny comedy which like all great romances is more about friendship, it is very true to life with a number of sharp oberservations and a likeable cast. Mad Dog and Glory and Jennifer Eight are both underrated gems for different reasons and DL is just so lavish and exciting. Point is she has proven to have chrisma and range, but for some reason now just goes for the safe roles.
