indeed, like realistically imo Impact is worth more than its getting paid but they are never getting that gravy train they got when they were on Spike :(

Yep but arguably more stability since the company that owns them owns the TV channel, it's a weird spot where they won't ever grow but should be fine as long as anthem doesn't suffer other issues outside of them

Primetime wrestling isn't going to get much bigger, since FOX, Turner, and NBC are all taken. All that's left are basically ESPN and ABC for primetime television. Wrestling is never going to be showcased on ESPN again though since UFC has a stranglehold on it and ABC has literally always been anti-wrestling.

I can absolutely see some of these channels taking wrestling though:

Syfy, Paramount Network, The CW, and MTV potentially.

Those are about as good as you'll get for a mid-tier company. :draper2

Which is wild that we might potentially have 3-5 promotions on easily accessible television

Idk about the rest but Syfy is NBCUniversal so they would probably avoid it since WWE shows get bumped to there sometimes for sports. But yeah I think realistically he'd have to shoot lower than even that mid tier

Yeah I can’t see his company getting on a major network. Realistically he should go the Impact route and tryna streaming service at the beginning. Paramount was mentioned. I was initially thinking Hulu but I forgot they have a working relationship with WWE so I don’t know if that would happen.

Haven't heard anything recently but sometime last year, I heard some stuff about WWE looking to get out of that Hulu deal when it comes up bc they wanted to put replays up on Peacock faster or something cause rn Hulu has exclusive rights for replays for 2-3 weeks or whatever it is which was fine for the network but Peacock doesn't like (allegedly)

If y’all don’t listen to his podcast I highly recommend it. I’ve been listening to it for about a month now and it’s great.
