NOTICE:

There was a discussion about having a Keeper during last season.

If we do this, there is 1 keeper, and if you keep them they will take the place of whatever round you drafted them at. Also, I'm capping the keeping at 1 season. If you keep someone this season, you cannot keep them for Season 3 (you still have a keeper and can keep another performer). I don't want anyone stashing injured people for multiple seasons just to keep them as an 10 round pick.

In fairness the newcomers would be allowed to choose a keeper from the 2 teams not returning (Booty and Cereal Killer, now affectionately referred to as BootyO's). Same thing as with returning squads they'd lose the round that person was drafted.

Blaze does it make you feel better that after I knocked you out of the playoffs the last week, I at least went on to win the whole thing

Think it makes it worse. But i don’t believe I would have won if I made it, so i mean at least you made use of it.

up to you guys. I'm not opposed to doing no keepers and starting this season with hopes everyone sticks around (as in go in knowing we will be doing keepers from here). I am also 100% fine with the rules Storm has submitted.

I have confirmed with The Gipper that he will not be returning for Season 2. He's was the last person from Season 1 I was waiting for a confirmation on.

We stand at 8 right now. That's a good number I think we can move forward with. Since last Season we had 9 teams and now we have 8 I do not think Keepers are a good idea for this season. However the Keeper rule will be in effect for future seasons, so when we draft keep that in mind.

I'm gonna still take signups throughout the rest of the week. But the plan now is to not have keepers this season, but we will for next season.

I'm obviously fine with the decision on no keepers, as this is your thing. I'll just say if the main reason being new people coming in. I don't think that will not be a thing. People will continue to come and go it's just that with that you just have the new person joining absorb (for lack of a better term) whoever they're coming in for and get to keep from that team. Just my two cents and sorry if it's later, just been pretty much working and no play the past week.

This is the list of confirmed participants for Season 2 of the Fantasy Wrestling League!

We will start the draft soon. Chris, as a perk of winning Season 1, gets the choice of where he wants to draft. Then Blaze will have the next choice of draft position as he was the victor of the Consolation Playoff Fatal Five-Way. I'm going to ask for them to give me their draft position, then I'll do a random draw for the rest of the picks. I'm hopeful we can start drafting by the end of the week or the weekend.

The Draft will take place in a new thread. You have 24 hours to make your selection, and the clock starts once the person before you picks. I ask that you tag the next person to draft so that they are aware, but I will also tag them when I see it. If you do not make your selection in the 24 hours the commissioner can allow the draft to continue with the next participant, but the skipped person can make up their pick whenever they choose.

The plan is for the last 2 weeks of the season to end with AEW All In Week. The rumors of All Out happening the following weekend means that week will be the final week of the season if it is true. if not then the season will end with All In week.
