Second Competition Caution - Driver Cut Round

Our Second Competition Caution is now complete, with six of our predictors cutting three drivers from their rosters. Lethal Banks failed to make his cut before the deadline, and so his 8th, 9th & 10th slot drivers were dropped.

The next change to your lineups will take place at the end of the month of July, after Foxwoods Resort Casino 301 at New Hampshire Motor Speedway - where one final driver dropped. Meaning that everyone will have six driver for the final rounds of the regular season, as well as the duration of the playoffs.

As we enter our third phase of the competition some changes have mean made in regards to point assignment:

+ Point earned stage wins increases by 50% with a Stage Win now being worth 15 points (previously 10 points)

+ The point earned for finishing the race in top three positions has also increase - 3rd place is now worth 45 pts {previously 42), 2nd place is now worth 49 pts (previously 45) & 1st place is now worth 55 pts (previously 50)

+ Laps Led at a Road Course are now worth 0.5 pts, with laps led at all other tracks remaining to be worth 0.25 pts.

Third Competition Caution - Final Driver Cut

Following the conclusion of Foxwoods Resort Casino 301 at New Hampshire Motor Speedway - one final driver will be dropped from everyone's rosters.

Meaning that everyone will have six driver for the final rounds of the regular season, as well as the duration of the playoffs.

Certain multiplier will added to your driver, as they advance into the playoffs.​

Quite honestly, this is harder for me to decide than last time. Ugh. Non playoff locked driver (barely surviving in points) with more races coming up vs. any of the playoff locked drivers with less races.

Xfinity Series and Cup series both have 14 races left. So that wont hurt me any in this decision. I just feel like I have to stick with the drivers that are locked in to the playoffs. Logano and MTJ better have found some mojo with this 2 week break.

Third Competition Caution - Final Driver Cut

All predictors have made their cuts and now have six drivers left in their rosters.

Moving forward - only drivers that finish in the TOP 20 - will earn points.

Certain multiplier will added to your driver, as they advance into the playoffs -as explained below:

JOKER

Going into the playoffs every predictor will have two Jokers.
Joker-1 (will allow the predictor to double all points for one driver in one race - before a playoff multiplier is applied).

Joker-2 (will allow the predictor to apply playoff bonuses to a driver - who has already been eliminated from the playoff/never qualified, for one race).

Round of 16 - Playoff Drivers earn x 1.5 points
Round of 12 - Playoff Drivers earn x 2.0 points
Round of 8 - Playoff Drivers earn x 3.0 points | Non-playoff drivers earn 1/2 points
Championship Points - Playoff Drivers earn x 5.0 | Non-playoff drivers earn 1/2 points

XFINITY SERIES

Round of 12 - Playoff Drivers earn x 1.5 points
