Hulk Hogan's best match was against HBK. I choose Cena, his in ring work is pretty good, not the best obviously, but it's much better then Hulk Hogan's.

Hulk Hogan was far more entertaining but since that's not the topic I'm going to say Cena is the better wrassler.
