Terminator 2: Judgment Day
Release Date
: July 1, 1991 (Los Angeles), July 3, 1991 (United States)
Director: James Cameron
Cast: Arnold Schwarzenegger, Linda Hamilton, Robert Patrick, Edward Furlong
Plot: A cyborg, identical to the one who failed to kill Sarah Connor, must now protect her ten year old son, John Connor, from a more advanced and powerful cyborg.

64 movies started, but the overall #1 seed was never in any trouble as Terminator 2: Judgment Day has officially been declared the best Sci-fi movie of all time by the voters of WrestlingSmarks dot com. The finals saw it handily beat Alien and it's predecessor The Terminator with the result never under any doubt. Below are the brackets for block A and block B of the tournament, and don't forget to make any suggestions you have for the next tournament in that stickied thread.

Love that T2 won, but after seeing the list of movies some aren't even Sci-Fi and there are some that should have went further than they did.

Children of men is such an under-rated movie. And the sound design is amazing. Not to mention the car chase has some great camera work. Such a shame so many people have never seen it. Also I think clockwork orange should have gotten further that it did.

Then again what do I know, I'm just some random on the internet with an opinion...

Can't argue too much with this.
