Asuka misses weekend house shows with potential injury

WWE Women's Tag Team Champion Asuka hurt her knee during this past Friday's WWE Smackdown broadcast, PWInsider.com has confirmed with multiple sources.

We are told Asuka was pulled from the weekend live events out of caution and so that medical test could be done to confirm whether it was something Asuka could work through or whether she had a larger injury.

We have not heard anything additional as of this writing.

Hopefully she's not out long term, but I think, since she's in a faction, and Kai is hopefully cleared, we can have Dakota fill in while she's hurt, or Iyo once she'd drop the WWE Women's belt (Sky Pirates/Stardom reunion? Yes please).

Definitely didn't look good on SmackDown seeing her hobbling around to finish the segment off. Hopefully a couple of weeks off before Mania is all she needs.
