Angle won the US title from Rhyno on the October 22nd 2001 Raw. He lost the title to Edge on the November 12th 2001 Raw.

Henning won the US title from Steve McMichael on the September 15th 1997 Nitro. He lost the title to DDP on December 28th 1997 at Starrcade.

I liked Angle as US champion even if it was only a short title reign for him.

I agree with Troy. The US title didn't really fit Perfect, as he was more of an IC guy. Angle has always been a great champion, and person to watch.

I agree with Troy. The US title didn't really fit Perfect, as he was more of an IC guy. Angle has always been a great champion, and person to watch.

Don't really understand this since the titles were equal just with different companies. Hennig for me he ended McMichaels disaster and when I was putting this together I didn't even Remember Angle held the belt.

Kurt Angle was always entertaining in the ring, still is. Voted Angle.

For me as much of a fan as I was of Hening, by the time he held this title he was on his down, quite liked the feud with Page, but still didn't do much with it, Angle was a good fit as he was over strong as the All-American Hero at the time.
