Lashely won the US title on the May 26th 2006 Smackdown from JBL. He lost the title to Finlay on the July 14th 2006 Smackdown.

Jim Duggan

Duggan won the US title from Steve Austin on September 18th 1994 at Fall Brawl. He lost the title to Big Van Vader on December 27th 1994 at Starrcade.

Neither guy had a good title reign. Went with Lashley because Duggan was already past it when he won it.
