He won his 3rd US title on August 21st 2005 from Orlando Jordan at Summerslam. He lost the title to Booker T on the October 21st 2005 Smackdown. He won his 4th title from Booker T on February 19th 2006 at No Way Out. He lost the title to JBL on April 2nd 2006 at WrestleMania 22. He won his fifth US title from Mr. Kennedy on the October 13th 2006 Smackdown. He lost the title to MVP in a 2/3 Falls Match on May 20th 2007 at Judgment Day.
Dustin Rhodes
Rhodes won the vacant title by defeating Ricky Steamboat in a #1 contenders match later deemed a title match when Rude was injured on the January 16h 1993 WCW Saturday Night. He vacated the title in May 1993 when a title defense against Rick Rude ended in a double pinfall. He won his 2nd title by defeating Rude in a rematch on August 30th 1993 in Atlanta, Georgia. He lost the title to Steve Austin in a 2/3 Falls match on December 27th 1993 at Starrcade.
