Well if the rule states if getting 3 strikes means your fired then by god fire him. does not matter who you are. if you want people to take your policy serious then you must set an example that no matter who you are, that you are not above the law.
Umm this is actually his third strike if anyone is actually paying attention. Typical wwe faking strikes to protect top talent. He should be fired by the rule.
