    It is pretty clear that Bourne is still being buried for what he did. Look at Truth he smoked the same thing as Bourne but didn't bitch about it and he is right back on RAW in a big storyline with Miz. Bourne comes back and is stuck on Superstars.

Bourne was one half of the tag team champions when this happened whereas with Truth he was part of a tag team but it was easy enough to turn Miz against him so he can go solo.
