    Absolutely it is, but I think being a credible as a champ is bigger. A guy like Ultimo Dragon for example doesn't yell World Champ material to me. He's a great worker, I enjoy his matches but don't see World Champ for him because of mic skills. Champ material is bigger than just being a great...

    OK that's your prerogative, nothing wrong with that but since this is best non world champ, most will vote for who should have been a champ not the better worker.

    Hammer had an excellent singles feud with Tito Santana over the IC title. Can't think of a great Steiner feud.
