He's losing me? lol.
I like the idea of a tag match. Rock hasn't wrestled a full on match in literally 11 years. Without a lot of gaga like we got with Austin I don't know if he'd be able to go. Why would we expect him to be able to pull out a singles Mania Main Event match?
It's not like they just booked the arena and built a set in 3 days... And hell if they did then they stumbled upon a brilliant marketing tool.
This event (the press event/pep rally/whatever) was happening all along.
From a business standpoint this was right where it needs to be. Unless you can figure out how to have the Smackdown before the Super Bowl in the same city as the event every year. The only reason they were in Vegas was the Super Bowl.
They look at all of their World Titles as a WWE World Title...
So I think it's fair to say this was an OVERWHELMING success for WWE.
a few THOUSAND people show up for the event, at the site of the largest TV event of the year, where your principles spent all day doing media.
I hope they do this every year.
I'm kinda surprised he isn't wearing a Finally the Rock has come back to Vegas shirt they're selling.
But then again I think he's gonna heel it up a bit.
lol Pat telling Pearce to get it together. Love it.
Also lol at them all but telling up Becky/Rhea at Mania even though Rhea has a title defense and Becky gotta win an Elimination Chamber match.
