I'm not so sure Corgan will win this case. Likely outcome is as I said that Anthem Sports pays off the debt to Corgan and Corgan walks. What happens then is a mystery
Neither option in the poll unless Corgan. And even that is up in the air.
Most likely outcome is that Anthem sports pays off the debt owned to Corgan and assumes a big stake of ownership in the company as a result (around 36% I've heard) as it looks now.
