I say the best way to describe the parties in Canada are this: Conservatives: Conservative (Gasp) Liberal: Centre/Centre-Left, so decently liberal, but not super. This is sort of why they have historically been in power the most as they can have policies that can appeal to both left-leaning...- Rosie
