Can't fault that choice. This show would look amazing in 4K.

Can't wait to hear your thoughts now it's finished :mark:

    The Last of Us (HBO)

Pretty much a perfect first season as far as I'm concerned. Liked that every episode had something different to offer, even really enjoyed the ones with more character development and not a ton of action. I just really fell in love with the characters and performances from the cast. Sad it's...

    The Last of Us (HBO)

Yeah the weekly wait is a struggle, not gonna lie. :lol I much prefer having all a series drop to go at my own pace. With that being said, I do think it has given me time to process each episode and let them really hit me emotionally before the next. Which is important too.

    The Last of Us (HBO)

Watching through this episode earlier today and my main central thought throughout was that I was so glad I took the time to play through Left Behind recently with Ellie & Riley in it. Means it was fresh in my mind and this episode hit even more awesome as a result. Loved comparing the two...

    The Last of Us (HBO)

Those Joel & Tommy scenes in the last episode were pretty heavy stuff. Really amazing acting from Pascal especially. I'm really looking forward to the next one and Storm Reid coming in to the show. She's been really great in most things I've watched her in, think she's a good pick for Riley.

    The Last of Us (HBO)

Crazy episode. I'm really digging Lamar Johnson as Henry, already felt pretty attached to the character, his relationship with Sam. They did a good job building that up, liked the bits of development before they meet Ellie & Joel. Really well done. Very impressed with how they develop the...

It's just masterful really. I was smiling so much during this scene. Pedro Pascal has great reactions.

    The Last of Us (HBO)

Man this episode was real good, I wanted more, please give me more HBO. Very Joel & Ellie heavy, I been waiting patiently, I really enjoyed the mix between the humour/serious moments, they really nailed it here. Always just comes across super natural. Definitely feel the bond building between...

    The Last of Us (HBO)

It's pretty much taken this show to an entirely new level for me, I really haven't seen writing that good since like Sopranos, The Wire. Already pretty much feeling like this is my show of the year and I can't see any other show reaching the bar it's already hit in these few episodes.

    The Last of Us (HBO)

Nice change of pace seeing Nick Offerman in a serious role for me because I've been rewatching a lot of Parks & Recreation lately. Got to say this episode was some of the best writing I've seen in a while in any TV show, really beautifully done. Was not expecting to be that emotionally...

    The Last of Us (HBO)

Damn quite the range of emotions in that episode, especially with the ending and Tess, really enjoyed it. Anna Torv doing some fine work. Liked the visuals a lot in this, and those clicker scenes were just something else. Really felt Bella Ramsey come in to the role of Ellie in this one too.

    The Last of Us (HBO)

Wow this museum scene :worried Loving the dread this show is giving me, the clickers are pretty terrifying. Awesome visuals and sound, they really knocked it out of the park, reminds me of getting tense when I was playing the game encountering some of the enemies for the first time.

    The Last of Us (HBO)

Just starting Episode 2 and I really like the opening scenes so far where it's showing before the outbreak hits. The start of this one was unsettling, especially in the autopsy room. Probably shouldn't have been eating my lunch during that scene :lol I'm going to read your guys' thoughts when...

    The Last of Us (HBO)

I completely loved the first episode. They really manage to capture the tone of the games right from the early portions. Pedro Pascal is absolutely perfect as Joel, I thought he looked good in the trailers but just seeing him in the full thing hits totally different, he 100% nails the character...
