    Halloween Kills (2021)

I've got a newfound appreciation for this movie after watching through it again. It's flawed but honestly I think it's a pretty fun movie with some great kills and Michael Myers on top form. I think when I first watched it I was just comparing it to the 2018 version far too much which I really...

    Halloween Kills (2021)

You're not. I like the 2007 one a lot, I hated the sequel though. Felt totally different. I thought the Young Michael parts were interesting. Has flaws but I liked what Zombie tried to do with it.

    Halloween Kills (2021)

I liked the reboot, but can totally understand why people don't. They've changed up the timelines so much, I thought H20 was quite fitting as well tbh. NOES is my favourite for consistency reasons. Plus I feel like compared to Friday and Halloween it has had the best stretch of movies. There...

    Halloween Kills (2021)

Gotchu. So many of these movies and timelines, it's easy to get confused :lol I might actually re-visit some of those over Halloween period, it's been a minute

    Halloween Kills (2021)

Wait, is 6 Halloween H20 because I do actually like that one, never cared for 5 or Resurrection though. The latter is good for a laugh at least.

    Halloween Kills (2021)

Not too high of a bar to reach though :heston From everything I've heard, I'll probably enjoy this. I mostly care about Michael doing his thing and quality kills. I gather it's not like a movie you need to see RIGHT NOW or anything like that

    Halloween Kills (2021)

Dead Meat did an interview with the cast if you're interested in that sort of thing.

    Halloween Kills (2021)

I'm ready for Jamie Lee Curtis to kick some more ass :rippedcal

    Halloween Kills (2021)

The gas station bathroom scene from the 2018 movie is probably one of my favourite Halloween moments ever leading to him getting the mask back. It really displayed the terror of Michael Myers and made him feel scary.

    Halloween Kills (2021)

I agree. I thought the 2018 Halloween was a return to form. I completely loved it. I loved how brutal and cold Michael is in it. That bathroom scene was scary tense. Also loved the way the movie was shot.

    Halloween Kills (2021)

I'm actually so excited. The more I re-visit the 2018 Halloween, I seem to love it more and more, which seems to be the opposite of most people. They liked it in cinema and didn't like it on a more thorough re-watch. It just hit all the right notes for me.

    Halloween Kills (2021)

Resurrection is one of those movies you watch with mates and laugh at how bad it is. I couldn't imagine watching it and trying to actually watch it properly like I did. Would not recommend. If you're going to watch it alone, :blaze: or :becky2 would help.

    Halloween Kills (2021)

Halloween 3 is actually great but they really shouldn't have called it Halloween. That was the only issue with it. Season of the Witch would have been a fine title on its own, but they tried to profit from the established name and rightfully got called out for it. The concept of that movie was...

    Halloween Kills (2021)

@TeaDrinkingLimey I think your list is pretty good. Halloween 4 is a surprisingly great sequel, especially the atmosphere. I thought Rob Zombie's remake was okay, but nothing special. I actually appreciated he tried to do something different in the beginning, but it could have been a lot better...

    Halloween Kills (2021)

I actually really enjoyed Halloween (2018) although I know the opinion on it is very divided. I only have watched it once though when it first came out, so maybe it wouldn't hold up as well on a re-watch. I just remember really loving how brutal Michael is in the film, and that public toilet...
