    To be fair this is the first year they've done two hour kickoffs so Mania might only be 4 hours like Royal Rumble and Survivor Series, but that's still a ton of time to fill either way.

    I don't think Miz is a bad heel to be fair though the fans were cheering for Miz who was mocking Daniel Bryan. They should have booed him for that. Only Miz and Daniel Bryan are both so over that combining them gets cheers.
