    That wasn't my argument. My argument was they didn't always enact Freebird Rule with or without second titles and I listed several that didn't have second titles and didn't get to enact the Freebird Rule.

    I wouldn't say that's the only reason. WWE just didn't make every three-man group joint champions.

    Being allowed to use the Freebird Rule used to be rare as well. The Shield was one of the greatest three-man units ever and WWE didn't recognize Dean Ambrose as being a Tag Team Champion after Rollins and Reigns won the Titles.

    I thought that too, but then WWE only said Orton and Wyatt were Champions at first. They didn't make Harper official until after SmackDown Live.

    It's interesting we currently have two three-man tag team champions. I do hope they use Harper in more matches than Woods currently participates in.
