Yeah, I believe a family should share a name. Whether that’s a hyphenated name or if they want to talk about it and the man wants to take the woman’s last name so be it but both partners and the kids should all have a unifying name.
When you get married, you typically get rid of your dad‘s name anyway. She only retained it because it was the McMahon family business but now that’s no longer the case and this is the Leveque era. Let’s welcome Stephanie Levesque.
It’ll also make it easier for when Stephanie does return to some kind of official capacity she could just go start using Stephanie Levesque, and nobody will be confused because we’ve gotten used to calling him Paul Levesque.
My guess is more so because you don’t wanna put triple H in an official public relations type announcement where as Shawn Michaels still sound like a real name.
Oh, I imagine Nick is personally handling like really large names, but typically speaking talent relations is who supposed to be reaching out to these people.
