    If I understand the ruling from the recent case, the admissions weren't supposed to be admissible in a criminal proceedings. Just the civil. I've never heard the tapes, but that's messed up. That said, I think he only got one charge overturned. Prosecutors should be able to try another case.

    I'm honestly very confused by this response. I was speaking to her tweet about Rashad. Not about Bill's innocence or guilt. Especially confused by this clout part. Not saying don't charge people cuz no one spoke up. Just maybe scrutinize people who "knew" and did nothing.

    I was defending Rashad. Because Aunt Viv's tweet was shaming her for defending Bill. All I'm saying is you can't say you knew because I knew if she didn't speak up.

    I wasn't saying it shouldn't get done so apologies if I got misconstrued. I was saying if Rashad wants to think her friend is innocent, doesn't make her look bad because someone else is saying "I knew how could you not know" when they didn't say anything. Maybe I'm not saying it right.

    For sure, but I do believe they did charge Kelly back in like 2002, but he got off or something. For that peeing video I mean. Wild, though, that Chappelle made that peeing skit, and Kelly was still able to release his Ignition Remix and album and the world "forgot."

    I think this looks worse on on Aunt Viv. Rashad can think her friend is innocent if she truly didn't know, but if Aunt Viv is saying she KNEW, why didn't she speak up?
