    I don't think the problem has ever been his promo style. For me he is or at least has been excellent on the mic, it is just that he lacks the overall look and cutting edge than a full-time headliner needs. Some of that is down to booking too, surely you would be honest that your guy Batista is...

    Its just become fashionable to say that because Punk didn't become the big star everyone thought he might than he isn't a draw. People like to go to extremes.

    Saying Christian isn't or wasn't over is a bit like saying heels can't be over. What he was at his best was a good old school heel, who knew how to wind fans up, but in an entertaining way. He was never a top draw maybe, but during that Orton feud he was perfection and the fans responded...

    ^ Well said and besides who cares why Christian got the Orton feud, the fact is he was a star player throughout and it would not have been the same without him.

    Not true his 2011 feud with Orton was one of the hottest of that year. I agree that it might be time for him to call it a day or at least work a reduced scedule, but to say he hasn't offered much for such a long time just isn't true.
