JR's 1996 Heel Turn great idea right?

But thats WWE last ten years for you, it annoys me too, but doesn't mean I would stop watching because of it.

JR's 1996 Heel Turn great idea right?

Snow/Coachman were a b-rate team, but I still found Coach's heel character entertaining. Thought he did well when part of the three man team with Ross and Lawler.

JR's 1996 Heel Turn great idea right?

Oh come on the Coach was gold as a heel! As a face he was just a bland 80s style disc jockey type.

JR's 1996 Heel Turn great idea right?

But thats my point JR actually got to insult Vince on-air and make fun of his poor commentry, so unlike his 99 heel turn I fail to see how this was WWF sticking the boot into him.

JR's 1996 Heel Turn great idea right?

To sum up this thread you are a narrow minded fool, don't talk down to me just because you don't agree with my views. deezy I don't think Russio was the head writer at that time, he may have been on the booking squad, but I don't think he had the same amount of say as during the attiude era.

^ But you don't know it was never going anyway thats just you specluating, besides this is one time where the company were giving Ross something good to do so from that I don't see how they were damaging him. Don't forget he got to send McMahon up on air.

Also the Houseman are a...

JR's 1996 Heel Turn great idea right?

    1. But that is kind of the way wrestling was starting to go anyway, besides I don't think what he was talking about was actually too complicated than the fans wouldn't be able to figure it out, it was just something different which at the time the product needed. 2. Disagree here, in 96 it...

JR's 1996 Heel Turn great idea right?

Thought I'd bring this up as in another thread someone said it was a dumb idea, and I disagree. To start with if you include his run in the NWA/WCW Ross had been playing the same clean cut face communtar for the best part of a decade. Also with Vince still broadcasting at the time and very...
