  1. John McHenry

    Jay Briscoe's Homophobic Remark

"threats may not be punished if a reasonable person would understand them as obvious hyperbole" Sorry you fail I'm done with this thread. He said it he has a right to say it as nobody seriously believes he'll follow through on his actions...

    Jay Briscoe's Homophobic Remark

Actually you can say it you can be arrested if the threat is real. You think that Briscoe was being serious? Cause I don't. You don't need to tell me the rights of my country because I know them.

    Jay Briscoe's Homophobic Remark

You really need to start reading things. I'm not saying they should be accepted I said what my take on Nukem's thoughts were. You then asked me to support those thoughts. I supported those thoughts with my statement of no major news coverage gay advocacy groups etc. Nowhere in my statement...

Also shouldn't there be some sort of joke about a man wrestling in his underwear in baby oil making such remarks? Where is Rico when we need...

    Jay Briscoe's Homophobic Remark

Freedom of speech doesn't cover that. Fuck freedom of speech was written when you'd have been shot for being gay. Freedom of speech is there for one reason to be able to openly criticize the government and that's all it was really ever meant to do.

    Jay Briscoe's Homophobic Remark

While I don't agree with this opinion I'll quote JBL (he was using it in reference to Zeb) Everybody loves freedom of speech until they don't agree with the opinion being expressed. Never been a Briscoe fan and continue to not be one. This only supports my opinion.
