    The way we receive those observations is based upon the senses that we already have, though. I'm talking about the possibility of senses that we can't even build something to see or otherwise measure/observe.

    Think about it... we only have 5 senses, right? We can only observe things and draw conclusions based upon those 5 senses. What if there are more things to be "sensed", so to speak, than humans are capable of? We wouldn't be able to know, and can't even begin to picture what they could be...
