    On Firefox, I'm still getting the "Media Error" message. On IE, I'm getting no message, but when I click on a show, nothing shows up at all. This is getting very tiresome. On one hand, I want to just plunk down my money so it works. On the other, you offer me a trial and then "F" it up? Hell...

    That seems rather interesting when they're offering a free trial, though subscribers should get the better service. But if you want to show people what you've got/convince them to buy, you'd think you would try to ensure things worked smoothly. Then again, it's not like this is the first...

    Was always getting that "Media Error: Video Not Available", even after multiple log-ins/log-outs. I'd been trying on Firefox. Tried on IE. Got the same. Logged off, got ready to go out. Came back now and tried again. Same damn thing. Probably going to give up for the day and try late...

    I'm assuming this is an error on their part, but does anyone know if there's some media player on my computer I need to update to get this to go away? I've logged in an out several times now with no change.
