    I could also toss out that if you adjust for inflation, Avatar doesn't crack the top 10. In fact, Gone with the Wind earned more than double what Avatar did, which means that basically everyone who could afford a movie ticket in 1939 went to see it. Everyone.

That being said, I think the only question I have at this point is whether it can take a shot at the box office title and dethrone Avatar? For that to be possible, it would have to gross close to $1.3 billion more...
