    To be honest, I don't think WWE gives two shits about the wishes either, other than it makes them look good in the commercials. The real fact is that a face Cena will sell more merchandise, which is why he will remain a face.

    I think another issue here that people are forgetting is that a lot of casuals seem to like him a lot. WWE aren't stupid and they will capitalize on any successful character they can. Of course he's going to shed the image eventually, but not until they've milked every last potential dollar...
