He can 'quit' all he wants, doesn't mean jackshit unless the board accept it which they didn't because it's obvious he was going to Aston Villa so they want compensation which they're well in their rights to do.

He hasn't quit, they haven't accepted his resignation.

Shows how much of a money whore Hazard is when Man City end their fucking interest in you.

As much as everyone still rags on them, yeah i'd still they're a top club. Ambitious owners, passionate fans and a rich history of success. You look at the money they gave Kenny that he wasted on a bunch of average players and if you offered that to a realistic top manager, i'm pretty sure it...

I'm not really missing the point, I just think there's a huge difference what he would be expected to deliver. I just honestly don't believe he's proved anything that makes him worthy of taking on a top job.

Haven't posted in here in a while so will run over some of the talking points since then. Martinez would be a poor appointment for Liverpool imo. Seems like a less established, less experienced version of the Roy appointment, but at least Roy turned Fulham round and took them to the UEFA Cup...

That Cardiff thing is hilarious really. Changing shirt colours is going to make an ounce of difference because they're still going to be fucking Cardiff, not some worldwide draw.

Obviously Man City are a whole 'nother breed to Chelsea, but seeing Newcastle winning tonight must give United at least a glimour of hope of them taking points from City.

He's a proven quality manager that can make the most out of nothing, just look at what he did with Bolton. If the blueberries in charge at Blackburn didn't sack him, they wouldn't be heading into the championship that's for damn sure.

Pulling for a West Ham / Blackpool final as i'm a fan of both Allardyce and Holloway.

That was such an embarassing performance from United, it was actually hard to watch and I don't even support them. Seemed to me that Fergie was concentrated on what City could do rather than imposing their own game. 3 shots all game and 0 on target I think it was just speaks volumes. If it...

I'm over the moon that Bolton won, nothing against Villa or anything but it opens up the relegation scrap even more and drags Wigan (Go down you cunts) and QPR back into the shit with Bolton still having a game in hand. Awesome ending to the season, Championship (Utd & City) still up for grabs...

You don't have to win though, just so long as you don't lose.

I only saw the first half, but Aaron Ramsey is in fucking shocking form. It's gonna be a long season for him on the bench when it starts I think, what with the resurgance of Rosicky and the return of Jack Wilshere. Sure an Arsenal win would have all but guaranteed them CL football next season...

Knew it would happen, typical Arsenal. A win would have all but sealed a champions league place and really taken the pressure off them when they come to play Chelsea.

Arsenal/Wigan tonight. Would imagine a relatively comfortable victory for Arsenal despite the upturn in Wigan's performance however given the chance to go 8 points clear of Spurs and put some real daylight between them, there's a very real possibility of a banana skin moment here like the QPR game.

I guess you could say it's somewhat picky what Aniking is saying, but it's also a very valid point too. The way Arsenal took their foot of the gas was remarkable when in all reality they could have absolutely battered them from pillar to post and definitley have the game over by half time even...

I knew Arsenal would slip up today, i'm pretty pissed off I didn't whack a bet on it. Really bad time for them to throw away points especially with City up next, their lead over Chelsea could be down to just two points.
